What does this restaurant profit and loss calculator show?
It shows your real monthly profit or loss after food cost, Swiggy and Zomato charges, rent, salaries and other overheads — split by channel, so you can see which sales actually make money.
How is restaurant profit calculated?
Profit = total sales − platform commissions and fees − food cost − fixed overheads (rent, salaries, utilities, marketing and so on). For Swiggy and Zomato orders, food cost is applied to the payout you actually receive, not the menu price.
Why do Swiggy and Zomato sales look less profitable?
Aggregators deduct commission, payment fees, GST on fees and TDS before paying you. The calculator deducts these first, so online sales show their true contribution instead of the menu price.
What if my restaurant is below the target profit?
The calculator shows the gap to your target and how many extra orders per day you need to close it, based on your current average order value and margins.
